We accept cash only.
Can I pay in cash?+
Yes. Please prepare the exact amount as our drivers do not carry change.
When do I need to pay?+
You may leave a deposit amount, and we will return the change after weighing your laundry. The final price can only be confirmed once the laundry has been weighed.
Can I leave cash at reception?+
Yes. Please leave it in a sealed envelope with your name and order details.

Do I have to be around for collection and delivery?+
No. You can leave your laundry at reception.
How long does it take to do laundry?+
We offer same-day express and next-day standard service.
What are your opening hours?+
We operate daily from 07:00 AM to 22:00 PM.
Do I need to sort my clothes?+
No. Our team will handle sorting for you.
What temperature do you wash at?+
We wash all items in cold water by default. Please let us know if you would like your laundry washed at a specific temperature. The maximum washing temperature available is 30°C.
